Charleston, SC for our Anniversary

❤️ 21st Anniversary Trip ❤️
Brandon and I got to have a long weekend
trip to celebrate our anniversary in
CHARLESTON!!
(This is a late/out of order post….but,
we went at the end of June for our
June 28th Anniversary)
We got to stay in this cute hotel
right downtown.
The pretty lobby.
We went for an appetizer and drink at the
Dewberry Hotel
to toast the fact that we made
it into town safely.  It was pouring down rain
on the interstate….I was driving…Brandon was
finishing up some work on his laptop.  All of the
sudden we started to hydroplane….I turned the wheel quickly and over compensated…
luckily Brandon grabbed the wheel and got us
back in line before the car got traction on the
road again.  My heart raced at all the “what ifs!”
Thank you Jesus for protecting us!
🙌🏻
Rainbow Row
All of the window boxes
overflowing with flowers and plants
were so easy to admire
Street after street….they were beautiful!
Hard to pick a favorite!
We got to do lots of walking….
We got our steps in while doing all of
the sight seeing
(thank goodness about that because we also
ate lots of good food!)
We had to go to Craig’s pillow shop!!!
“Sewing Down South”
#southern charm :)
Lunch at Leon’s before spending the
afternoon at Folly Beach
Yum!
Dinner at FIG.

Pretty!
Pup in a sack!
Brunch in Mt. Pleasant at
The Post House

So glad we got to see the Fischer family!!
Got to spend a few hours on the beach at
Sullivan’s Island.
The historic downtown
“Ghost Tour” was really interesting!
So many neat stories.
Lots of good meals!
We got to ride in a bike taxi
to dinner at The Darling Oyster Bar
www.thedarling.com for the last night.
So glad for time with BRC!
Charleston is charming!
