What a trip!!!
New York City with Mom and Milla!

just a few blocks from our hotel.
NYC Library
Lunch on the patio in Bryant Park
We’re here!!!
Grand Central Station
(That reminds me of my
Grandma Rhodes because when
we woukd all be visiting the farm
for a family reunion…the kitchen
woukd be full…people coming and
going in all directions….she’d say
“It’s like Grand Central Station in here!”
You feel like you are in a movie!
Milla fell in love! She soaked up
every second…loved the pace,
the people, the energy, the lifestyle.
Chinatown and Little Italy
Canal Street
making our way to the Brooklyn Bridge
Cute!
The city is calling….I must go!

Started the day off at the Battery and jumped on
a ferry to the Statue of Liberty.
The view of the city from Liberty Island.
The video at the museum reminds you that this
is the view people saw coming in on ships from
overseas… Looking at a City of Dreams”

After lunch we got to look around
in some of the shops in SoHo…but, there
were lines to even get in the door at most
of them. Everyone else was shopping too!
French Onion Soup! Yum!
